Bishop-McCormick seeks a Data Scientist to join the Strategy & Analytics Group in San Francisco. You will work at the intersection of data engineering and executive decision-making, turning large, unstructured datasets into actionable insights and predictive tools.

You will design advanced ML models and deploy dashboards, collaborating with consultants and software architects to shape client outcomes and strategic pivots.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Python or R with ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Expert SQL skills and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS).
• Ability to visualize data with Tableau, PowerBI or Plotly.

Responsibilities

• Predictive modeling using regression, clustering, neural nets.
• Lead end-to-end data lifecycle from ingestion to validation.
• Translate findings for C-suite with business context.
• Build dashboards and libraries to streamline workflows.
• Audit models for bias and accuracy with actionable optimizations.
