Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI & Data Decision Science Consultant to advance analytics-driven decision making for clients in the US. You will lead the design, development and deployment of DS/ML/AI models, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver measurable value and scalable solutions.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Python/R/SQL, and familiarity with cloud platforms and big data tools. Travel up to 80% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning or AI.
• Experience building decision-based frameworks and models to drive insights.
• Experience serving utilities clients or in utilities finance/regulatory is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; master's preferred for seniority.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Data Science, AI, Analytics initiatives and programs.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams on projects.
• Bridge business and technical domains for stakeholders.
• Engage with analytics stakeholders to understand needs.
• Contribute to sales solutioning for DS/ML opportunities.
• Develop DS/ML/AI models and solutions for business problems.
• Collaborate across Accenture’s network with strategy, consulting, and tech teams.
• Identify AI use cases, build business case, ROI, and transformation roadmap.
