The role emphasizes translating business needs into technical requirements, delivering dashboards and insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong BI tools experience (Tableau, MicroStrategy), SQL and VBA proficiency, and excellent communication to drive data-driven decisions

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for business systems and software modifications, implementations, or conversions.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements ensuring system support aligns with organizational goals.
• Act as a liaison between business units and software/hardware developers and vendors to facilitate effective communication.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to produce comprehensive reports and insights.
• Develop and deliver advanced reporting and analytics, including dashboards and scorecards, to support strategic decision-making.
