Responsibilities

Establishes and maintains coordination of data to support academic, student services, and reporting functions, projects, and initiatives.
Responds to data requests in a timely manner.
Leads development of a college-wide data analytics vision and strategy with college leadership.
Ensures accuracy, reliability, traceability, timeliness, and security of data used for reporting to local, state, and federal entities.
Identifies and integrates internal and external data sources for quality and cost-effectiveness.
Expands analytics platform focusing on innovative approaches for a robust digital business model.
Manages the college's survey process for student population data and engagement/satisfaction.
Manages survey process to assess student evaluation of instruction.
Maintains collaborative relationships to support data-driven decision making and provides ELT updates.
Serves on college teams and committees; supervises the Statistical and Research Analyst.
