• Identify, analyze, and lead data-driven strategic initiatives with strong metrics and business cases.
• Perform root-cause analysis, data mapping, and impact evaluation to drive process improvements.
• Leverage BI tools and advanced analytics including AI, ML, and NLP to automate reporting and visualization.
• Collaborate with operations, technology, middle office, finance, compliance and controls to ensure timely delivery.
• Transform manual tasks into automated solutions to boost efficiency and reduce exceptions.
• Apply Agile project management and Jira to plan, execute, and monitor projects with quality deliverables.
• Foster continuous improvement using a diverse backlog to accelerate data-driven decision making.
