CareSource Military & Veterans (CSMV) offers a 12-week, paid summer internship designed for college students seeking real-world exposure and career preparation. Interns support special projects, gain mentorship, and participate in seminars with leaders to network and learn about career paths.

Formación

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Rising junior or senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze beneficiary, market, CRM and outreach data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support evaluation of the TRICARE Prime Demo beneficiary journey and recommend improvements.
• Partner with Market Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Operations and field teams to translate insights into actions.
• Support Tampa and/or Atlanta market activation and research, including community engagement and market intelligence.
