Job summary

Referment is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to translate commercial data into actionable insights that shape client engagement, product thinking and business strategy. You will work with investor relations, external communications and strategy teams to define BI needs and present findings to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–6 years in commercial insights or strategic analysis.
• Experience in a global investment firm or financial institution is essential.
• Strong commercial judgment and data-visualisation skills are required.
• Advanced Excel; proficient with Power BI or Tableau.
• Proficiency in Python and Prompt Engineering for automating reporting workflows.
• Experience with ESG or climate data analysis is highly regarded.
• Clear written and verbal communication; CRM/engagement-data experience is useful.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and interpret data affecting marketing, client engagement, retention, product development and communications.
• Turn analysis into clear strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders to define BI requirements and implement recommendations.
• Collaborate with international data and engineering teams to improve analytical datasets and business systems.
• Support better use of relationship management, communications, transaction and client-experience data.
