Job summary

Citi is seeking a Data Governance Foundation Lead Analyst (C13) in Getzville, NY to help shape Enterprise Data Governance Strategy and the Data Risk and Control Framework. Qualifications

• 6+ years relevant experience in a Data Governance/ Data Management/ Process Engineering or related area.
• Advanced understanding of Project Management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively to develop and deliver multi-mode communications.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Data Leadership: Contribute to the day-to-day execution and adoption of Citi's Data Transformation Plan, guiding data initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a trusted SME within Banking, specifically Wholesale Lending for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processes.
• Data Governance & Quality Assurance: Champion data quality, lineage, and governance frameworks, independently conducting analyses to develop robust business requirements.
• Data Analysis: Analyze banking and financial data; write complex SQL queries, profile data, and support data modeling.
• Lead business analysis and document requirements to align with Data Governance and Data Risk/Controls standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely execution of milestones and risk reporting.
