Qualifications

• 6+ years in Data Governance, Data Management, Risk and Controls, Compliance or Process Engineering with enterprise policy experience.
• Advanced understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong program coordination across multiple workstreams and governance documentation.
• Experience with policy adoption and compliance monitoring; measuring adherence to standards.
• Knowledge of risk and control concepts in data management and audit readiness.
• Ability to translate data governance metrics into executive-ready reports.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to implement Data Governance policies and Data Risk/Control frameworks.
• Provide expertise on design, effectiveness, and monitoring of governance controls.
• Oversee data-related issues, track ownership, dates, metrics and reporting.
• Coordinate enterprise Data Governance strategy rollout and taxonomy changes.
• Gather and synthesize metrics on governance principles, policies and standards.
• Develop guiding principles, policies and processes for enterprise-wide adoption.
• Prioritize development of new enterprise-wide principles and practices.
• Develop metrics to measure adoption of governance principles and practices.
