Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Vendor Management professional to oversee execution across data-center based vendors and programs. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure contracts, safety, uptime, and quality expectations are met, while actively managing lifecycle activities from onboarding to performance tracking.

The role emphasizes data-driven reporting, risk assessment, and continuous improvement of vendor reliability across mission-critical facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in vendor management, supplier management or contract administration.
• Experience with uptime-sensitive environments and regulated operations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience also valued.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor execution activities across sites, services or programs in alignment with uptime, safety, quality and ops expectations.
• Support end-to-end vendor lifecycle activities including onboarding, contract implementation and performance tracking.
• Track vendor performance against SLAs, KPIs and safety requirements; drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Site Operations, Facilities, Engineering, Procurement, Finance and Legal to resolve vendor issues.
• Lead or support vendor performance reviews and provide data-backed reports to stakeholders.
• Assist with vendor risk assessments and business continuity planning for critical providers.
• Ensure vendor documentation and contracts are complete and current.
