Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in data center capacity projects, experience with multiple lease structures, and a track record of successful negotiations. Domestic travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, environmental, or energy discipline.
• 8+ years in facilitating, evaluating, or managing data center capacity projects.
• Experience collaborating with legal, compliance, finance, and accounting.
• Familiarity with Modified Gross, NNN, YoC lease structures.
• Experience leading large-scale data center lease negotiations.
• Ability synthesizing commercial, regulatory, market, and contractual details.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center acquisition and lease contracting negotiations.
• Perform technical due diligence and validate site viability across energy, land, etc.
• Manage supplier relationships and best practices.
• Perform market analysis and develop leasing site selection strategy.
• Stay informed of the technical, market, and regulatory developments in the data center industry.
• Contribute to organizational strategy and development of leasing standards at Meta.
• Travel domestically (10-25% at times).
