Meta designs, builds, leases, and operates leading-edge data centers. We seek an experienced Site Selection Manager—Leasing to join our Data Center Site Selection team and negotiate large, complex leasing deals with deep knowledge of legal agreements.

The role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and travel up to 25% domestically. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in data center capacity projects, familiarity with lease structures, and a proven track record

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale data center lease negotiations.
• Ability to perform technical due diligence across energy, land, and related factors.
• Proven skill in market analysis and leasing strategy development.
• Experience coordinating with legal, compliance and finance teams.
• Familiarity with Modified Gross, NNN, YoC lease structures.
• Strong track record building and managing leasing programs.
• Willingness to travel domestically (10–25%).

Responsibilities

• Lead data center acquisition and lease contracting negotiations.
• Perform technical due diligence and validate site viability.
• Manage supplier relationships and leasing best practices.
• Develop leasing site selection strategy through market analysis.
• Stay informed of technical, market, and regulatory developments.
• Contribute to organizational strategy and leasing standards at Meta.
• Travel domestically as required.
