Job summary

Salute is seeking a Project Manager to lead moderate-size strategic account orders for hyperscale clients, ensuring on-time, within-budget deployments. You will mobilize, manage, and report on service deployments for key customers across data center locations.

You will coordinate field teams, manage travel, onboarding, safety and client privacy, with travel across the United States. Salute emphasizes equal opportunity and ongoing professional growth in a dynamic data center environment.

Qualifications

• Project team lead or management experience to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Understanding of subcontractor management, project financials, and risk mitigation.
• Technical understanding and communication to peers, management, and client POCs.
• Experience coordinating and developing sequence of operations to support execution team.

Responsibilities

• Conducts pre-project meetings with client's local POC and ensures project goals are established
• Plans/coordinates travel and access to the site
• Confirms daily THAs are being conducted by the Team Lead prior to beginning work each day
• Completes project controls sheet on a weekly basis to ensure budgets are met
• Submits weekly reports to supervisor
• Delivers post-project reports to client's POC at conclusion of projects
• Reviews/Approves timecards and employee expenses each week
• Involved with new hire onboarding from Talent Acquisition requests, through candidate interviews, to standardized new hire onboarding process
• Engages with new hires in OTJ training until competency is met
• 100% completion of required Talent LMS based training courses as assigned
• 100% adherence to Salute Mission Critical safety standards and best practices
• 100% adherence to client security/privacy practices and expectations
