Job summary

Salute is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead moderate-size strategic account projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence. This role drives service deployments for hyperscale clients and coordinates with multiple teams including Talent Acquisition and field personnel.

Travel within the United States is required, with expenses covered. Salute emphasizes safety, security, and customer-first service as core to the role and company culture.

Qualifications

• Management experience leading project teams to improved customer outcomes and profitability.
• Understanding of subcontractor management, project financials, and risk mitigation.
• Strong technical communication to peers, management, and client POCs.
• Experience coordinating sequences of operations and documents to support execution.

Responsibilities

• Conducts pre-project meetings with client POC and establishes project goals.
• Plans and coordinates travel and site access.
• Ensures daily THAs by Team Lead before work begins.
• Completes weekly project controls sheets to ensure budgets.
• Submits weekly reports to supervisor.
• Delivers post-project reports to client POC at project end.
• Reviews/approves timecards and expenses weekly.
• Supports new hire onboarding from Talent Acquisition through onboarding.
• Engages with new hires in OTJ training until competency is met.
• Completes required Talent LMS training and adheres to Salute safety standards.
• Adheres to client security/privacy practices and expectations.
