Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a Network and Capacity Planner to support capacity management, data center space and power planning, and vendor coordination across Waypoint Trading Solutions. This role combines network planning with program coordination to ensure resources are tracked and delivered to meet business demand.

The position collaborates with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Product, Procurement, Finance, Legal, vendors, and colocation providers to drive infrastructure

Qualifications

• Experience in IT, data center design/operations, or delivery project management
• Strong communication, documentation, organization, and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of telecommunications network design principles and capacity planning
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams with vendors and internal teams

Responsibilities

• Assist Capacity Planning with data center space/power and switch port availability
• Build and maintain capacity reports and forecasts for leadership review
• Manage inventory tracking for data center hardware and lead times
• Coordinate procurement, contract reviews, and vendor engagement for infrastructure deployments
• Provide regular updates on capacity risks, issues and recommendations to leadership
