Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) seeks a Network and Capacity Planner to support infrastructure growth, capacity management, and provisioning across Waypoint Trading Solutions. You will coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Product, Procurement, Finance, Legal, vendors, and colocation providers to drive readiness, contract execution, and project tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT industry supporting data center design, data center operations, capacity management, or delivery project management.
• Strong communication, documentation, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of telecommunications network design principles, IP network design concepts, traffic engineering, and equipment capacity planning.
• Experience interacting with data center procurement and vendor management activities.

Responsibilities

• Capacity Planning Management: develop and maintain Capacity Management Plans for data center power and space and network port availability.
• Lifecycle & Inventory Management: track data center hardware inventory, monitor warehouse levels, and manage renewal schedules and vendor records.
• Infrastructure Deployment Management: support growth initiatives, vendor deliverables, and overall site readiness; track deployment milestones and dependencies.
• Streamline Hosting Onboarding: manage Nlyte and Salesforce work orders, improve workflows, reporting, and documentation quality; provide regular leadership updates.
