Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) seeks a Network and Capacity Planner to support infrastructure growth, capacity management, and vendor engagement for Waypoint Trading Solutions. You will coordinate across Engineering, Operations, Sales, Product, Procurement, Finance, and legal to ensure readiness, contracts, and project tracking are aligned with demand.

The role emphasizes collaboration, reporting, and proactive planning to optimize space, power, rack, and switch port capacity across data

Qualifications

• Experience in IT with data center design, data center operations, capacity management, or project management.
• Strong communication, documentation, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of telecommunications network design principles, IP network design concepts, traffic engineering, and equipment capacity planning.
• Experience with data center design, power delivery systems, and capacity management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Capacity Management Plans for data center power and space, and network switch port availability.
• Build, maintain, and enhance reporting for capacity management, forecasting, utilization, and leadership review.
• Track inventory for data center hardware, with focus on network switching availability and lead times.
• Coordinate procurement, deployment milestones, vendor engagement, and infrastructure deployment activities.
