Centennial School District seeks a strategic Supervisor of Assessment, Data, and Student Systems to lead the district's comprehensive assessment program and MTSS implementation. You will guide data-driven decision making and ensure state testing compliance across all K-12 buildings.

The role oversees the data warehouse architecture and coordinates professional development, while collaborating with Teaching and Learning, Student Services, and Technology to strengthen student performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and PDE certification required.
• 3-5 years of qualified teaching, coaching, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of MTSS, PBIS, SEL, and data-driven decision making preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative leadership for the district's assessment program and MTSS.
• Direct data integration and reporting across departments.
• Oversee state assessments (PSSA, Keystones, WIDA, PASA) and testing security.
• Lead professional development on data literacy and assessment interpretation.
• Supervise MTSS teams and specialists to ensure fidelity of implementation across schools.
• Ensure compliance with PDE assessment guidelines and state reporting mandates.
