Job summary

Bridges Public Charter School seeks a Manager of School-Wide Assessment, Data and Accountability to oversee planning, implementation, and analysis of state and district assessments. This role supports data-driven instruction and compliance with DC agencies.

The candidate will develop data dashboards, collaborate with teachers and leadership, and ensure real-time information is available for decision-making while maintaining data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Data Analytics, Psychology, or related field required.
• Master’s degree in Education or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in education with focus on assessments, data analysis, or school administration.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage school-wide assessments, including all school, state and district-mandated testing.
• Develop schedules for testing windows, proctor assignments, and prepare materials.
• Coordinate logistics for assessments, including test security and sub-group alignment (IEP, EL).
• Collect, track, and manage student assessment data across multiple platforms.
• Analyze assessment results to identify trends, gaps, and areas of improvement at both student and group levels.
• Develop reports and dashboards to share data insights with stakeholders, including staff, administrators, and the school board.
