Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in biostatistics, data analytics, mathematics, or related field.
  • 2 years of data design, analysis, and reporting experience in academics.
  • Willingness to learn additional statistical software.
  • Master’s degree preferred; four years of data analysis experience.
  • Familiarity with machine learning models.

Responsibilities

  • Compile, retrieve, and analyze data from systems to support reporting requests for leadership.
  • Develop and maintain statistical models for enrollment trends and program performance.
  • Maintain data collection and reporting, including surveys and data integration.
  • Monitor trends in medical education and student admissions to identify enhancement areas.
  • Collaborate with deans, chairs, and faculty to advance accreditation initiatives.
  • Contribute to meta-analyses and research on program evaluation and student success.
  • Prepare SOPs and train colleagues on data systems and tools.
