Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Data Analysis Manager to lead analytics strategy, mentor a team of analysts, and drive data-driven decisions across business units. You will work with large-scale data, develop models, and optimize reporting and analytics processes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You will supervise a team of junior analysts, manage end-to-end projects, and apply skills in Python, SQL, Spark, and Tableau to improve customer experiences and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative field plus at least 6 years of experience performing data analytics.
• Master’s Degree plus at least 4 years of experience performing data analytics with degree obtained by start date.
• At least 4 years of experience performing professional data analysis work.
• At least 4 years of experience performing programming.

Responsibilities

• Drive current and future strategy by leveraging analytical skills.
• Assist with building and using models to test and validate data.
• Work with vast amounts of data in new and evolving environments.
