Job summary

Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a Manager of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence to advance the analytics portfolio across quality, growth, patient experience and research. You will lead a team, shape BI strategy, and partner with clinical and administrative leaders to turn data into actionable insights.

The role requires experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and other analytics tools, and residence in the greater St. Louis area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a related field.
• 5–10 years of data analytics or BI leadership experience.
• 2–5 years of supervisor or people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Data Analytics Team to deliver actionable intelligence on quality and performance.
• Guides leaders on analytics for PI initiatives and improvement projects.
• Oversees reports, dashboards, and scorecards across EPIC and other portals.
• Acts as main BI contact for management levels.
• Identifies analytical opportunities across the hospital and coordinates cross-functional efforts.
