BJC HealthCare, in the Greater St. Louis area, is seeking a Manager for the Data Visualization team to lead enterprise BI efforts and infuse AI-powered analytics into dashboards and reporting.

You will manage a team of visualization engineers, partner with business stakeholders, and drive self-service analytics, governance, and scalable visualization solutions across the organization. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Power BI and Databricks
• Experience leading a visualization team and projects
• Strong knowledge of enterprise dashboarding and governance

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage a team of data visualization engineers, overseeing project delivery and standards.
• Collaborate with business leaders, analysts and IT to define visualization use cases and requirements.
• Oversee design, development, and deployment of dashboards and visual analytics using Tableau or Power BI.
• Ensure data quality, performance, visual consistency and storytelling with data.
• Advance visualization engineering maturity and adoption of modern data stack tools.
• Manage staffing, budgeting, and performance evaluations within the team.
