Responsibilities

• Manages onboarding, hiring, training, and performance for analytics staff.
• Develops budgets and adapts to changes to meet goals.
• Leads analytics initiatives translating standards into hospital-wide performance.
• Identifies analytical opportunities across the hospital and coordinates efforts.
• Interacts with the Management Team to ensure high quality deliverables.
• Drives cross-functional projects delivering strategic value and process improvement.
