Qualifications

• 3-7 years of Data Analyst experience with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and automation.
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, plus the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling, transformation, validation, and data quality principles.
• Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to identify data needs, evaluate data sources, develop analytical solutions, and translate between technical and business concepts.
• Intellectual curiosity and learning agility, with interest in exploring new analytical techniques, technologies, and data sources.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities, take initiative, and independently drive work from problem identification through solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex internal and external datasets using statistical and analytical techniques, model scenarios, surface trends and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Create analytical approaches that incorporate market opportunity, historical performance, geography, seasonality, and other key factors to strengthen planning, goal-setting, and allocation decisions.
• Examine expense, budget, forecast, operational, and general ledger data to understand cost drivers and trends, evaluate financial trade-offs, and support business choices.
• Use coding, automation, and data transformation to build, enhance, and maintain analytical tools and data solutions that improve accuracy, adaptability, and connectivity across business processes.
• Partner with business teams, data owners, and technology partners to identify data sources, align definitions, validate data, and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
