COUNTRY Financial is hiring a Data Scientist to apply advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence in support of measurable business outcomes. This position sits within the enterprise Data & Analytics Solution Delivery team, where scalable solutions and predictive modeling are used to create value from enterprise data.

In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to clarify problems that can be addressed through analytics, then build and evaluate data-driven solutions. The work includes developing supervised and unsupervised machine learning, forecasting, and optimization approaches, along with the data practices required to manage versioning and documentation.
