Responsibilities

• Marketing Analytics: evaluate campaigns and identify optimization opportunities.
• Call Center Performance: analyze call volumes, agent performance, and CSAT metrics; build KPIs dashboards.
• Financial & Budget Support: assist FP&A with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Customer Segmentation: define segments with CRM and data science teams; monitor performance.
• Data Extraction & Transformation: collect, clean, and structure large datasets; automate recurring processes.
