• Proficiency in Excel and SQL; Python is a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Identify key business problems with leaders.
• Create analyses, dashboards and frameworks to shape solutions and strategy.
• Derive insights from data to guide big questions and business decisions.
• Collaborate with data engineering to design and build data models for your domain.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement strategies in the market.
• Build and run RCTs to test hypotheses and refine approaches.
• Contribute to central data initiatives (quality, lineage, forecasting, AI insights).
• Monitor outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
