Stream is seeking a Business Analyst in Arlington, a hybrid role combining 3 days in the office with 2 remote days. The position focuses on diagnosing and solving critical business problems with data-driven insights to inform strategy and operations.

Ideal candidates are highly analytical, comfortable with Excel/SQL (Python welcome), and able to translate ambiguous needs into structured data solutions while collaborating with leaders across the business.

Responsibilities

• Identify leaders' most important problems and define measurable goals.
• Create bespoke analysis, dashboards and frameworks to shape solutions and strategy.
• Discover insights from data and formulate strategies to answer big business questions.
• Collaborate with data engineering to design and build data models for your domain.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement strategies in the market.
• Build and implement randomized controlled tests to test hypotheses.
• Contribute to central Data initiatives (quality, lineage, forecasting, AI insights).
• Monitor the impact of implemented strategies and identify further opportunities.
