Stream is a fast-growing fintech company seeking a Business Analyst to join our Arlington team. You will work with senior leaders to diagnose critical problems, build bespoke analyses, dashboards and data models that shape strategic decisions for our business units.

This role blends in-office collaboration (3 days) with 2 days of remote work in a dynamic, data-driven environment. Ideal candidates are highly analytical, proficient in Excel and SQL (Python a plus), and capable of translating
