Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of analytical experience in operations performance.
• Ability to perform highly technical analytical work with data.
• Occasional after-hours/weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop initiatives to improve quality, financial viability, sustainability and efficiency of services offered by the business unit.
• Develop and maintain strategic analytical and financial tools.
• Collaborate with other departments on pricing/fare policies, markets, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop monitoring methods to analyze performance and identify improvements.
• Review and interpret financial data to drive budget performance.
• Assist in creating annual budgets and KPIs for the business unit.
• Organize and teach process improvement training throughout the business unit.
• Coach and mentor on improvement projects.
• Serve as an integral member of the business unit leadership team.
