Job summary

H Mart is seeking a Business Data Analyst to join the Strategic Improvement Team. You will collect, analyze, and visualize data across retail, supply chain, and finance, and leverage AI to accelerate research and reporting.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 1–2 years of data analytics experience, proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI, and strong communication skills. Working hours are 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis or business analytics, or equivalent internship or academic experience.
• Proficiency in Excel with working knowledge of SQL and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Interest in using AI to improve productivity, research, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and visualize retail, supply chain, and financial data.
• Use AI to accelerate research and reporting and support Strategic Improvement initiatives.
• Identify trends and opportunities; build reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of business data used for analysis and reporting.
• Support financial and performance reporting and surface opportunities for improvement.
• Continuous learning and knowledge building in analytics, retail trends, and AI tools.
