Yottaflex.ai Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Principal Data Lead to guide BI, analytics, and data platforms for major clients. You will translate business goals into data strategies, lead AI initiatives, and drive enterprise analytics programs across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

You will architect data warehouses, data lakes, and end-to-end pipelines, ensuring governance and security while delivering actionable insights and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Senior Principal Data Lead: Act as a primary client-facing advisor for business intelligence, analytics, data platforms, and application data enablement. Define and drive enterprise-scale data, analytics, and AI strategy. Architect and advise on data warehouses, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, integrations, and APIs. Design BI solutions, executive dashboards, KPIs, and analytics frameworks. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business insights. Translate business objectives into actionable data and analytics strategies. Support advanced use cases including AI/ML enablement, GenAI initiatives, regulatory reporting, and analytics modernization. Lead design of cloud-native data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), including lakehouse, streaming, and real-time analytics architectures. Guide implementation of AI/ML, GenAI, and advanced analytics solutions embedded into business workflows. Review critical designs, code, pipelines, models, and data governance frameworks. Troubleshoot and resolve high-impact technical and architectural challenges. Drive data governance, data quality, lineage, privacy, and security frameworks.
