Job summary

Medavie seeks a business-focused Data, Analytics and AI Consultant to translate business needs into high-value opportunities for enterprise DAA. You will bridge business areas with Shared Services and guide opportunities from identification through delivery and value realization.

In this role, you will facilitate structured discovery, quantify benefits and costs, and develop clear business cases. You will partner with Finance and technology teams to ensure adoption and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of business-facing experience in senior analyst, architecture, transformation or consulting roles.
• Experience facilitating complex workshops and stakeholder discussions, discovery, elicitation and alignment.
• Strong experience documenting business cases with quantified benefits, costs and value.
• Experience translating challenges into use cases for data, analytics, automation or AI.
• Domain expertise in healthcare, government programs and/or insurance is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted front door between business divisions and enterprise DAA functions.
• Plan and facilitate discovery sessions, workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Build understanding of strategy, priorities, processes, and performance measures to identify pain points.
• Surface and shape opportunities linking division needs to enterprise value areas.
• Develop decision-ready business cases with benefits, costs, and risk assessments.
• Partner with Finance and other specialists to quantify benefits and costs.
• Elicit and document business requirements, process impacts and success measures.
• Guide use cases through enterprise processes into delivery and adoption.
