You will partner with Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, Replenishment, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance and Finance to drive growth, margin expansion, and flawless store execution while safeguarding cold-chain integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with five years in retail or category management.
• Experience managing dairy categories and dairy commodities impact on cost, pricing, and margins.
• Strong communication with Operations teams and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and margin analysis and translate into category plans.
• Develop and maintain dairy assortment and space plans with SKU rationalization.
• Develop pricing and promotional strategies balancing traffic, value perception, competitive position, unit growth, and profitability.
• Monitor dairy markets and assess impact on costs, pricing, supply, and margins.
• Partner with Finance, Replenishment, and Supply Chain on forecasts and cost-change requests.
