Job summary

Lutze Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity and Risk Manager to oversee cybersecurity across Data Guide Cable, LUTZE, and Amphenol Energy Technologies. You will lead risk assessments, incident response, and governance, ensuring controls are in place across manufacturing environments.

You will collaborate with local leadership, Corporate IT, Finance, and vendors to drive security initiatives, monitor threats, and maintain compliance. Travel 50-60% to multiple sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of cybersecurity experience in manufacturing, multi-site, or publicly traded organizations.
• Experience developing and managing cybersecurity programs, policies, controls, and risk management processes.
• Strong knowledge of threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, identity and access management, and data protection.
• Experience with firewalls, EDR, SIEM, email security, IDS/IPS, MFA, and vulnerability tools.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, AD, cloud security, OT, and manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity activities across DGC, LUTZE, and AET.
• Maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and controls.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
• Conduct risk, vulnerability, and security reviews.
• Monitor security events, threats, and vulnerabilities.
• Define security requirements for infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, and manufacturing systems.
• Administer and optimize cybersecurity tools.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures.
• Lead investigation, containment, and recovery of incidents.
• Coordinate remediation efforts with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage identity and access controls, including privileged account reviews.
• Assess risks with vendors and third-party providers.
• Support compliance with Amphenol standards, customer requirements, and regulations.
• Facilitate audits, assessments, and cyber insurance reviews.
• Lead cybersecurity awareness training and phishing testing.
• Maintain security documentation, risk registers, and incident records.
• Support disaster recovery, backup security, and continuity initiatives.
• Track cybersecurity metrics and overall risk posture.
• Provide updates to leadership and stay current on threats and best practices.
