Job summary

Cretex Companies, Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to lead and execute the enterprise cybersecurity program. You will be hands-on while guiding a small team across risk, incident response, security architecture, and governance.

The role expands cybersecurity into Operational Technology (OT) within manufacturing, partnering with leaders to embed security in projects and vendor relations. Expect to report to the CIO and travel periodically between locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, information security, or security operations.
• 2+ years of leadership, team lead, or people management experience.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint security, vulnerability management, incident response, IAM, network security, logging, and security monitoring.
• Experience leading incident response and risk remediation.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity maturity roadmap and security initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Maintain risk register, remediation plans, risk acceptance, and leadership reporting.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure alignment with NIST, CMMC, ITAR, customer security reqs, and cyber insurance.
• Develop and report cybersecurity KPIs and KRIs.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to reduce cybersecurity risk.
• Provide hands-on leadership in security monitoring, vulnerability management, IAM, and network security.
• Coordinate incident response, containment, remediation, and post-incident reviews.
• Lead OT cybersecurity efforts expanding into manufacturing environments.
