Cardinal Health seeks a Senior Manager for the CISO Program & Operations to lead strategy, governance, M&A initiatives and cross-functional collaboration across security and IT. You'll standardize processes, deliver data-driven insights, and ensure alignment with risk objectives.

The role emphasizes portfolio oversight, executive reporting, and ongoing program maturity, with a focus on transparency and scalable governance in a regulated industry.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, portfolio management, or program operations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity project or portfolio management, including tracking initiatives, managing priorities, and reporting performance.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001), risk management principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience developing executive reporting materials and utilizing metrics to track program performance.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Facilitation & Program Oversight: align activities to objectives and monitor performance.
• Project Intake & Demand Management: coordinate intake requests and prioritization.
• Project & Portfolio Management: track initiatives, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• CISO Program Continuous Monitoring & Reporting: develop KPIs/KRIs and dashboards.
• Budget & Financial Management: track spend and financial planning.
• Vendor Management & Governance: oversee vendor engagement and performance.
• Stakeholder Coordination & Operational Integration: enable cross-functional collaboration.
• Continuous Improvement & Capability Development: implement process improvements.
• What is expected of you and others at this level: manage operations and supervise staff.
