Job summary

Clarivate Analytics US LLC is seeking a Senior Director, Cyber Security to lead enterprise-wide security strategy, operations, and risk management across healthcare, life sciences, and regulated environments.

You will partner with Technology, Product, Engineering, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, and executives to advance a risk-based security program and improve control maturity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 12+ years in cyber security within regulated environments.
• 5+ years leading cyber security programs or teams.
• Familiar with HIPAA, FDA regulations, 21 CFR Part 11, data integrity.
• Experience defining enterprise cyber security strategy and roadmaps.
• Strong skills in translating risk to senior leadership.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, CIS Controls.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute cyber security strategy, roadmaps, and operating models.
• Oversee security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and threat monitoring.
• Lead enterprise security programs across governance, risk, and compliance.
• Embed security requirements into products, platforms, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate monitoring, escalation, investigation, and response to incidents.
• Improve controls, policies, metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Develop a high-performing cyber security team through planning and coaching.
• Communicate risk and program performance to executives and leaders.
