Job summary

Accenture is a global leader in cybersecurity services, seeking a Cybersecurity Director to lead and manage complex engagements across the financial services sector. You will provide cybersecurity subject matter expertise and drive delivery as the primary client-facing contact, mentoring teams across Analyst to Manager levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with deep expertise in financial services regulatory requirements and industry frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); if Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders at key accounts to align security initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Advise C-suite and other business leaders on integrating cybersecurity risk management into operational resilience, capital programs, M&A, and transformation initiatives.
• Oversee large-scale cybersecurity transformation programs focused on secure environments, threat detection modernization, cyber resilience, and identity and access management for work force and customer environments.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners and technology vendors to design scalable cybersecurity architectures that enable secure modernization, automation, and cloud adoption.
• Represent Accenture Cybersecurity in client engagements, proposals, and leadership forums.
• Partner with additional Accenture Industry teams to define and develop differentiated go-to-market solutions for clients.
• Establish trusted relationships with clients.
