Verito Solutions is seeking a Head of Cybersecurity, Data Security & Governance to lead enterprise security, data protection, and governance initiatives across a regulated environment in the insurance and banking-adjacent space.

You will drive risk-based security programs, ensure audit readiness, and partner with executives, compliance, and legal to align security with business objectives.

Formación

• 8+ years in cybersecurity, information security, risk management or governance.
• 3+ years of leadership or people management experience.
• Experience in insurance/financial services or highly regulated industries.
• Proven track record with security audits and compliance programs (SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, SOX, GDPR).
• Cloud security across Azure/AWS, including DLP, IAM, vulnerability mgmt, incident response, SIEM.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation and continual improvement of cybersecurity programs and controls.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Conduct risk assessments and define mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with IT to secure application development, infrastructure, and cloud deployments.
• Oversee vulnerability management, penetration testing and remediation efforts.
• Manage incident response, cyber resilience and business continuity plans.
• Lead enterprise data protection and DLP initiatives; ensure data privacy compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and remediation activities.
• Provide security updates to senior leadership and develop roadmaps for maturity.
