Job summary

Agilent is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to lead the enterprise security strategy and long-term vision. You will partner with leadership to define priorities, guide investments, and shape secure AI adoption across enterprise and product environments.

You will evaluate threats, build target architectures, and drive security governance for major initiatives, acquisitions, and modernizations, aligning with regulatory and privacy needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IT/Engineering or related field
• 10+ years in cybersecurity, security architecture, or enterprise security
• Experience shaping enterprise security strategies and roadmaps
• Knowledge of AI risk, governance, and security controls
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Ability to engage with executives and translate complex topics

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year cybersecurity strategy and enterprise security roadmap
• Evaluate threats and emerging trends to identify security opportunities and risks
• Define target-state architectures and security standards for cloud, data, and AI
• Embed security into strategic tech decisions across teams
• Lead governance for secure AI strategy, controls, and risk management
• Advise on identity, data protection, cloud and app security, monitoring capabilities
