Job summary

BLUEHAWK, LLC seeks a Senior Cyber Analyst to support DIA Directorate for Operations intelligence activities in cyberspace. You will study operational challenges, assess emerging technologies, develop methodologies, and publish professional tradecraft and policy documents for senior Government consumers.

Responsibilities include conducting studies, analyzing data, coordinating with Government and industry stakeholders, and producing executive briefings.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in cyber intelligence, cyber operations support, technical intelligence, cyber policy, or closely related mission area.
• Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance.
• Ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience developing publications, doctrine, standards, or executive briefings.
• Ability to collaborate with DoD, Intelligence Community, Government, and industry.
• Work may involve classified systems and information.
• Must comply with security and information-handling requirements.
• Must work independently in a high-tempo operational environment.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Define mission problems, conduct studies, analyze data, and recommend solutions to cyberspace tradecraft challenges.
• Perform field studies to identify barriers affecting intelligence activities in cyberspace.
• Assist in planning, development, and implementation of cyber infrastructure supporting intelligence operations.
• Research open-source information, government databases, and reports to monitor threats and techniques.
• Engage stakeholders to identify tradecraft gaps and best practices.
• Assess compliance considerations affecting the mission area.
• Develop and test methodologies to improve operational success.
• Maintain historical reporting on incidents and anomalies.
• Author professional publications, doctrine, and briefing materials for senior audiences.
• Evaluate conferences and events and report mission-relevant findings.
