The candidate will conduct structured research, analyze technical data, and collaborate with DoD, IC, government, and industry stakeholders while maintaining compliance with security requirements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in cyber intelligence or related fields.
• Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance.
• Structured research methods and actionable recommendations.
• Experience producing executive-level publications and briefings.
• Ability to collaborate with DoD, IC, government and industry.
• Work may involve classified systems and information.

Responsibilities

• Define mission problems, analyze data, and recommend solutions.
• Perform field studies to identify barriers in cyberspace operations.
• Plan and implement cyber infrastructure supporting operations.
• Research open-source data and government reports to stay current.
• Engage stakeholders to identify best practices and gaps.
• Ensure compliance with security and information-handling requirements.
• Develop methodologies to improve mission success and reporting.
• Maintain historical incident reporting and anomaly tracking.
• Publish doctrine, best practices, and tradecraft materials for leaders.
• Evaluate conferences and events; report mission-relevant findings.
