You will schedule appointments with the Customs Consulting & Compliance Manager and interface with executives and operations staff to grow client relationships.

The role requires knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, strong communication, and the ability to deliver tailored compliance solutions while meeting consulting deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Promote consulting engagements and AFC International as leader in customs and trade consulting.
• Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media.
• Build and maintain client relationships and tailor solutions to needs.
• Explain benefits and advantages of customs brokerage services.
• Consult with new importers on U.S. Customs and PGA regulations.
• Provide CBP guidance and respond to customer questions.
• Schedule appointments with the Customs Consulting & Compliance Manager for detailed consultations.
• Stay updated on regulations and CBP/PGA programs.
• Maintain regular attendance and adapt to business needs.
