Job summary

Veritiv is seeking a Dedicated Customer Support Professional to act as the bridge between sales and multiple departments, managing kitting projects, BOM development, and vendor coordination. The role focuses on maintaining relationships with customers and sales staff while applying knowledge of products, logistics, planning, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related job experience.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist front-line supervisor by providing customer experience support and helping achieve targets in productivity and turnaround times.
• Handle the most complex and valuable issues for the book of business while building customer loyalty and confidence.
• Train and mentor team members; participate in user acceptance testing and process improvements.
• Lead team initiatives and act as SME on Veritiv procedures and software.
• Process orders, confirm status, check product availability, and respond to inquiries from internal and external customers.
