Job summary

Lamb Weston, Inc. is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Specialist to ensure accurate, timely order execution and strong collaboration with customers and internal teams.

This role focuses on coordination across planning, warehousing, transportation, and sales to maintain service levels for NA national accounts, foodservice, and retail customers. The position emphasizes order management, inventory visibility, and adherence to established processes while resolving issues and driving continuous

Qualifications

• 2 years related experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, and/or Export/Import required.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems; experience using SAP for order entry and inventory validation, Excel for reporting and analysis, and other Microsoft tools to support productivity is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, essential for managing complex order workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining high service standards.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and take initiative in resolving customer or order-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain new customer setup in systems including SAP and shipping/master data support for accurate warehouse picking and transportation planning.
• Manage customer master data and its impact on system integrations and EDI processes.
• Coordinate order intake, confirmation, and portal-based activities impacting customer fulfillment; ensure timely communication with customers and sales.
