Lamb Weston Holdings is seeking a Sr. Procurement Specialist - IT & Business Services to manage a $60m book of business and lead strategic sourcing with internal stakeholders.

Based in the United States, the role partners with executives to align procurement with growth, cost savings, supply continuity and risk management. The position influences global category strategies, supports ESG outcomes, and negotiates contracts across NA, EMEA, APAC and LATAM, leveraging SAP Ariba/S/4 Hana tools while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred for leadership track.
• 3 years of procurement experience or equivalent expertise.
• Experience in transformation and continuous improvement of procurement.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP and related systems including S/4 Hana, SAP Ariba & SAP Concur.

Responsibilities

• Owns a $60m book of business and aligns to cost, quality, delivery & service.
• Collaborates with executives and stakeholders to improve strategies.
• Builds supplier risk management protocols with critical suppliers.
• Leads complex sourcing efforts and negotiates with suppliers.
• Supports ESG outcomes and contract strategies across regions.
• Interacts with Legal to negotiate contracts efficiently.
• Drives cost savings through opportunities and inflationary targets.
