The role interfaces with teams in North America and worldwide to ensure smooth operations and system improvements. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in applications development, strong SQL and programming skills (VB, C#, JavaScript, ASP, Python, .Net), and can travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in an applications development environment.
• Experience developing applications with VB, C#, JavaScript, ASP, Python and .Net.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in SQL query language and relational databases.
• On Call responsibilities; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and resolve problems or opportunities requiring attention.
• Provide technical support for Supply Chain Applications across departments.
• Develop, configure, and troubleshoot software to meet business needs.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical plans.
• Create and update system, user, testing, and training documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for project execution.
