Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success or account management.
Proven track record of managing a portfolio and driving retention.
K-12 or public sector experience preferred.
Comfortable with travel up to 15% of the time.

Manage renewal conversations and flag expansion opportunities.
Identify at-risk accounts early and apply protective strategies.
